Notifications:
- If a tag remains inactive for longer than the period configured in the portal, a notification will be sent to you..
- If a new anomaly is detected, a notification will be sent to you via Slack, Microsoft Teams, or email, depending on your configured preferences.
- For configurations with a frequency less than a day, we will also provide a daily summary the following day, consolidating all inactive tags detected.
- Regardless of your selected frequency, we send a weekly summary every Monday that lists all inactive tags from the previous week.
This system ensures you are promptly informed of inactive tags, helping you maintain accurate tracking and dataset integrity, while providing both daily and weekly summaries for easier oversight.
