Daily and weekly error monitoring notification system
Our system performs automated monitoring of your dataset every day at 9:00 AM to identify any new errors or significant increases in error percentages. This applies to both server-side and client-side operations.
Notifications:
The notification logic aims to ensure that you are immediately aware of critical errors, while reducing noise from repeated alerts, and provides a clear overview of error trends on a weekly basis for both server-side and client-side operations. We recommend to always have a quick and good look at the alerts you are receiving.
- If a new error is detected, or if an existing error’s occurrence increases significantly, a notification will be sent to you.
- To prevent redundant notifications, our system uses a deduplication mechanism, ensuring that you are only alerted about new or escalated errors, rather than receiving repeated alerts for the same issue every day.
- Weekly Summary: every Monday, you will receive a weekly summary report that lists all errors detected in the previous week.
Portal configuration options:
- The threshold for first-time notifications (the minimum error percentage that triggers an alert) can be customized in the portal to match your monitoring requirements.
- You can adjust the sensitivity of the deduplication in the portal to control how often you receive notifications for recurring errors.
