Cloud Run insights monitor the Google Cloud Run services that host your Google Tag Manager server-side containers. Once set up, monitoring runs continuously, and any issue triggers an alert via your selected channel, helping you keep your tagging infrastructure stable and secure.
Ready to set it up? Follow Monitor Cloud Run.
How it works
To activate Cloud Run insights, you provide a GCP service account key with the required permissions. Using this key, Code-Cube.io automatically configures the following in your GCP project:
Resource | What it does |
Alert policies | CPU usage, memory usage, uptime, and SSL certificate expiration |
Notification channels | Connect the alert policies to Pub/Sub |
Pub/Sub topic and subscription | Handle alert messages |
Cloud Function | Processes alert messages |
Monitoring service account | A dedicated service account with the appropriate IAM roles |
Security: The service account key is used once during setup and is never stored in Code-Cube.io systems.
