Step 2 – Configure email notifications

Set up which email addresses should receive alerts for errors and volume warnings.

2.1 Enable notifications

Start by toggling the 'Enable notifications' switch to activate email alerts. This will allow the system to send notifications to your configured email list once you've added the appropriate email addresses.

2.2 Add email addresses

In the 'Email notifications' section, you'll find an input field where you can add email addresses. Enter the email address of a contact who should receive notifications, then press Enter to add the email to your notification list. Repeat this process for each additional email address you want to include.

💡

Tip: You can add multiple email addresses by entering each one and pressing Enter. All added emails will receive notifications for both error alerts and volume warnings.

2.3 Manage email list

Added emails will appear as tags below the input field, making it easy to see who is currently configured to receive notifications. To remove an email from the list, simply click the 'x' button next to the email address. You can add or remove emails at any time as your team or notification requirements change.
